Neena Newberry is the President of Newberry Executive Coaching & Consulting. As a former Director at Deloitte, her perspective and approach is rooted in over twenty years of experience in business, HR, and coaching. Neena has advised and coached managers and executives in midsize to Fortune 500 companies on critical business issues.

Neena Newberry, MBA, PHR, PCC
We work with companies to strengthen their pipeline of leaders through coaching, development programs, workshops, and facilitation. I specialize in helping women accelerate business results through Purpose, Presence and Power. I help my clients focus on what drives results, how to maximize the opportunities in front of them, and build powerful networks to get more done faster.
For over twenty years, I have been advising and coaching clients in midsize to Fortune 500 companies. As a former Director at Deloitte, I was in Consulting for ten years and then an HR executive for four years, leading Performance Management & Career Planning for Deloitte’s 34,000 US employees.
I have helped organizations develop competitive strategies, improve operations, and transition through major change. I have also worked with clients to create strategies and implement programs and processes to attract, retain, and develop top talent; build internal coaching capabilities and manage performance. I was involved in Deloitte’s Women’s Initiative since its inception in 1993 and led the design and implementation of several talent development programs.
I have a BBA in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington, an MBA from the University of Texas, and a Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR), and 128-hours of training from the College of Executive Coaching. I am a Certified Professional and Executive Coach with a PCC credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and am certified to administer various assessment tools.
I hold various leadership positions in Houston and Dallas. In Dallas, I serve on the United Way Women of Tocqueville Steering Committee, am President of ICF North Texas and am on the board of the McCombs Alumni Chapter. In Houston, I was asked by the Center for Houston’s Future (CHF) to join the first Regional Scenario Planning Team of 35 community leaders to build two plausible scenarios of Houston in 2040. We completed our two-year process in late 2011.

Christine Reed, MA, ACC
Christine Reed is an Executive Coach with over 25 years of coaching and consulting experience with individuals and groups, in organizations up to and including Fortune 50 companies.
Christine works with senior leaders from a variety of industries to enhance their growth and development and that of selected subordinates, in the context of benefiting the organization – particularly leaders who have identified potential “career breakers” such as communication issues or lack of performance management.
She has facilitated numerous groups during her career including senior managers dealing with significant change and transition; overwhelmed executives seeking more effective self care; and professionals seeking to advance or change careers.
Christine is certified to facilitate leadership programs for Achieve Global and Development Dimensions International (DDI) and to administer the MBTI®, the Birkman Method and Hogan Assessments. She has an MA degree from Eastern Michigan University, and is a graduate of Coach University. She has her ACC certification from ICF and is on the board of Houston Coaches Inc.
Sonya Ware, MA, ACC
Sonya Ware works with leadership teams and groups to achieve breakthrough success and impact to their organizations. With over fifteen years working for Fortune 500 companies, Sonya’s industry experiences span wholesale grocery, airline and oil and gas. Sonya has a knack for catalyzing the awakening and embracing of new possibilities and breakthrough results.
Sonya earned a BBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of Houston and a Masters of Liberal Arts from the University of St Thomas. She is a Newfield Network Certified coach, an Associate Certified Coach through the ICF, and is trained in Career and Life Purpose Coaching.
